We strive to provide exceptional service in a welcoming and inclusive environment. To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we have established the following policies:
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services rendered at our salon. Our team of skilled stylists dedicates their time, expertise, and resources to ensure each client receives personalized and satisfactory service. Therefore, all transactions for salon services are final at the time of payment.
If a completed service requires adjustments, please reach out within 72 hours of your original appointment.
Child Policy
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that children do not accompany clients during their appointments. This helps us maintain a calm, professional atmosphere and provide the highest quality service to everyone.
Inclusivity
VanityStarHair Salon is an all-inclusive space, welcoming guests from all backgrounds. We expect all clients to treat one another with kindness, respect, and understanding. Discriminatory behavior or language will not be tolerated.
Cancellation Policy
At VanityStarHair Salon, we understand that time is valuable and directly impacts our stylists’ livelihood. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

Failure to do so may result in a charge of up to 100% of your service total.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other guests. Late arrivals are also subject to a charge.
Your cooperation helps us honor our stylists’ time and allows us to best serve all our clients.
